The Sag Harbor Bay

Sag Harbor Bay on Long Island is one of my favorite beaches these days... It's hardly ever crowded even during the summer when all the people from the city move out here! This spot has by far become one of my absolute faves!

With the resurgence happening nationwide, social distancing is still in order while we try to do our best to navigate these uncertain times. Taking it one day at a time is the best remedy, moment to moment with necessary nature breaks. Nature definitely has it's healing power. We are so lucky to be able to go outside and take a deep breath of fresh air to reset our minds and souls while everything around us seems to be falling apart.

Even the village of Sag Harbor is worth a visit before or after you go to the bay. There is rich history behind the town from settlers that came centuries ago in the 1700's. There's lots to see, like a nature preserve in Sag Harbor that's home to endangered species, museums, and - of course - the beaches.

Check out my video to see just how beautiful this bay is!

Happy trailing, my friends!
