Celeneraw specializes in New Caledonian cooking, and his menu features some of the island's most beloved dishes.


One of Chef Koce's most popular offerings is a dish known as the Bougna, which is a traditional New Caledonian specialty. It features a variety of ingredients such as yams, sweet potatoes, taro root, and banana, all cooked in coconut milk with local spices. The rich flavors of this dish make it an instant classic and a favorite among the locals.
