Today Tahiti reopens it's doors to tourism! They're not even requiring a 14-day quarantine for visitors. They have had no Covid-19 related deaths and no new cases since May. They say they have their health situation under control, and it sounds like it to me! Although tourism is allowed again, there still are some mandatory conditions for visiting the beautiful islands.

  • proof of a negative Covid-19 test taken within 3 days of departing to Tahiti

  • wearing a mask where it is required

  • agreeing to possibly be selected for a random on-the-spot test

However, these conditions are totally doable considering the fact that you'll be visiting the best place in the world.

The reopening of Tahiti is special to me because it is where I was born and raised. Some of my siblings and a lot of my extended family still lives there. Every memory I have of Tahiti I hold near and dear to my heart, and I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to go back and visit just under two years ago!

Have you been to Tahiti? It's the one place I will always recommend to everyone wondering where they should take their next trip to.
