Saguaro National Park

I made a bunch of new friends at the Saguaro National Park @saguaronationalpark

The saguaro is a cactus tree that can grow to be over 12 meters tall. It is native to the Sonoran Desert in Arizona, the Mexican state of Sonora, and the Whipple Mountains and Imperial County areas of California. The saguaro blossom is the state wildflower of Arizona.

It’s no wonder the saguaro is on Arizona license plates, they’re beautiful, gigantic, and have amazing health benefits!

They have high moisture retention to hydrate your body. Saguaros are also loaded with Vitamin C, Vitamin B12 and other key minerals to nurture your organs and enable better functioning. These fruits are also loaded with anti-oxidants to shield your body from many infections and disorders.

Some of the benefits are:

- Anti-ageing properties

- Boosts the immune system

- Protects the gum health

- Improves eyesight

- High Amounts Of Dietary Fiber

- Strengthens Your Nervous System

- Treats Rheumatism

- Prevents Constipation

- Good For Pregnant Women

- Prevents Cardiovascular Diseases

Pretty amazing, isn’t it?
